Performance characteristics:
This series of machine tools is suitable for punching, stretching, and pressing processes of plastic materials. Such as punching, bending, flanging, sheet metal stretching, precision punching, and cold extrusion of metal parts. It can also be used for calibration, press fit grinding wheel molding, and press molding of plastic and powder products.

This machine adopts a hydraulic transmission form, which has the advantages of hydraulic press and mechanical press. It can arbitrarily change the magnitude of the pressing force without overloading, and can also meet the pressure holding and delay requirements of various steps during the pressing process. In order to achieve the purpose of fast sliding down and fast return of the slider, the machine tool adopts a speed increasing cylinder, which automatically switches to slow operation when it comes into contact with the workpiece. Reducing the required oil pump displacement and motor power reduces noise. A photoelectric protection device can be installed in front of the workbench to form a protective barrier above the work area to protect the personal safety of the operator. The machine tool is a centralized button that can achieve three operation modes: adjustment, semi-automatic, and automatic. Therefore, this machine has the advantages of novel structure, reliable performance, complete functions, and high production efficiency. It is a replacement product for mechanical presses.
